Took Ridgeline in for fuel pump recall. Was met when arrived for appointment and told may take a couple of hours.only took an hour and was on my way. Nice waiting area and good service.
Apparently "Lifetime Oil Changes" to Honda of Panama City is just a ploy to sell vehicles. Not honoring a commitment for the life time of the vehicle ownership is poor service and rather dishonest selling practices.
Worse experience we have ever had I bought several cars from Honda NEVER again they have terrible attitudes toward customers they don’t need any business. Customer service sucks from the general manager and below.
Got a same-day appointment for an oil change and my Honda was done in record time. The people on the phone were very polite as was the service team.
