Had some maintenance plus timing belt changed on 22 of March. I asked if they had a means of cleaning all of the gnats that have been flying around since the hurricane. They are all over the place and are damaging the front of my vehicle. The young lady that assisted me gave me the name of the place where they have their vehicles detailed. Took my Ridgeline in for a safety recall and maintenance check up. Got an email an hour later with recommended changes to authorize. Nice feature. A couple hours later, the Ridgeline was all ready to go. Love the appointment booking online and absolutely love the email I received for additional maintenance. Streamlining the process is great and our service guys were awesome! Highly recommended!
I called & made an appointment. They took me on time. My rep Is JEANINE — very polite & knowledgeable. My car was ready when she said. I paid & left—very pleased. Pleasant, quiet waiting area was also good.
