Took my vehicle in to get serviced and was greeted promptly. Dominic in the Service Dept. was very efficient and knowledgeable. Dominic has great customer service skills, which makes it a pleasure to come back. I would highly recommend Honda North in Danvers. Thank You!

usually Business don't like bad reviews, but seeing all these bad reviews and they still haven't made any attempt at improving. tells me this is in vane. Just the same here's the cliff notes. They sold my son a car that they didn't have the tittle for.. He did the test ride and all that, they took his money and the tittle to his old car , Then when he thought he was driving away in his new car, they sprung it on him that they didn't have the Tittle for the car and he would have to wait a week or two before he could hav... read more

Way too long a wait for an oil change. I've given up and will no longer go there for service. Stop sending me emails to come in for service. The first oil change after I purchased my car was great - downhill ever since. Jiffy Lube is so much better!!!

I have had nothing but a bad experience with honda north. my family has been buying cars from them since i was a kid, so my father had no hesitation in sending me there for my first car. i think the issue is the dealsership is employee owned. i leased a 2013 civic, and was told to come back if i had any issues. anytime i walk in there they pretty much tell me tough sh#t. and try to get me to lease another different car!! on top of that they are rude, super rude. there is a true disconnect between their dealership and the ser... read more
