Honda North Service Took my Honda HRV in for scheduled service. Prompt pleasant greeting when I arrived. Took my car right in, sent me a text if communication was needed. Back out the door 45 minutes later. Excellent experience from start to finish.

Rude salesman Had been looking at a used car for a week or so online. Called to check on the price as it had suddenly been raised substantially. The salesman didn't know why and basically said "that's the price take it or leave it". When I mentioned it had been a lower price he said he didn't know what I was talking about. He had no interest in explaining or helping me with the car.
Serviced removed(unauthorized) remote start after $1000 repair Paid over $1000 for ignition/ key switch/ module repair, with remote start intact.we agreed that this was not coming out. They gladly took my money and said they completed the repair. Two weeks later the problem resurfaced. They then took out the remote which by the way has never failed.
