My car was fine when I brought it in for my oil change then post oil change it started making a helicopter sound when going over 40 miles

Not only that but both times I’ve called to tell the service department to see if I could come in to get it fixed the person on the other end has been very rude

Jonathan was knowledgable about my shimming steering wheel issue and my car veering to the left. He showed me a photo of the balding that exists on the inside of my left front tire. He said I really had to replace that tire. I decided to replace both front tires because the tread depth on the left front tire was down to 4/32" which is questionable for winter's snow driving. The time to complete the job seemed overly long - but not that bad for walk-in service

Juan was a great salesperson. I went from a 2018 CRV to a 2023 CRV. He was very knowledgeable about the CRV and the changes in the newer model. He was extremely helpful in all aspects of buying the new car.

Treated like royalty. Quick clean and efficient service. Always a pleasant experience. Been going there for years and never disappointed. They are the best dealership on the north shore.

When I brought my car in for recalls and oil change service. Service advisor Sean Hill help me with Great service as always! Staff is friendly and helpful and technicians are thorough! 5 Stars always

The salesman Ed very nice guy and very knowledgeable person only one problem I head they charge me for the locknuts when the salesman said he would not charge me not happy with that.

They are close in distance for me, they can provide immediate service and that is what happened here. I was out in less than an hour.
