I cannot recommend Honda North enough! I felt at home from the moment I walked in. The entire team truly works together—you can tell they’re happy, love their jobs and coworkers, and take pride in sending people home satisfied. Every time I come in for service. The atmosphere is awesome everyone greets you and makes sure you’re taken care of. Whenever there are issues they will let you know right away. Lucky has been awesome every time I come in, his customer service, his work ethic is excellent. He’s been there for over 5 years and still a great person and a great employee to have. I just leased a Honda civic about three weeks ago and the employees of Honda North Jameel Nichols, Sean Geyer, Aizaz Shah, to be specific gave me the best experience i could've asked for. I appreciated their honesty and the amount of effort they put into making sure the deal was locked in and i got what in wanted! I would recommend this dealership if anyone asked hands down!

Love the way Honda North and Carlos do business. Straight to the point to give you the best deal they can, and they communicate based on the customer's desire. I received quotes from five other dealerships, and Honda North had the best pricing. However, I was still skeptical when I went in to meet with them. Carlos quickly put my concerns at ease as he was genuine in his desire to help me as best as he could. ZERO pushy sales tactics or pressuring here. Carlos was fantastic. We went to see the CRV a few times and he always got the CRV and pulled it up for us. When I picked the CRV up he made sure I understood everything.

I went for a MA state inspection sticker. With all the cars there I was there only 30 minutes and they washed my car! BONUS!!
