The staff was very professional and courteous. Charlie in Sales and AJ in Finance were very easy to work with. The process was thorough, informative, and efficient. I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience with this dealership. They are all very customer focused which makes such a difference to those like me that don't know much about cars, car purchasing, or trade-ins. Thank you to Charlie, AJ and the staff.

So pleased with the service rep. , Troy Roberts! Came to the dealer to replace fob because I thought it was broken. After discussing with me several things about the fob, he and I went to the parts department and had the battery replaced and it’s good as new! Saved me $400 for a new fob. Also Patti in the parts dept. was extremely helpful educating me about using the fob. The were both extremely helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and appeared happy to help me. Both went above and beyond!

The car buying process was thorough, informative, and efficient. There was lots and lots to learn with a new 2025 car. The salesman, Charley was excellent in every way you want a new car buying experience to be. Following this process was the finance man, Chris. He was as thorough and informative as well. He paced my ability to comprehend all this new information with sensitivity and respect. Even the first phone call connected me to Diana Say who is their internet sales person. We went to Clinton Honda after having an unpleasant experience at another Honda dealership. We had a positive impression as soon as we walked into Clinton Honda. Our intention was not to purchase a car. Our intention was only to test drive a CRV Hybrid. Feliks Samiter was assigned to work with us. He was thorough in answering our questions, knowledgeable about the vehicle we test drove, and was a pleasure to work with.
