We live 420 miles away from this dealership (4-hour one way drive). We pursued a Glockner Certified Used vehicle purchase based upon online ads at Autotrader and Glockner websites with an advertised list price of $28,989. The price was the same on both websites. Both ads included a $699 Glockner Guarantee Certificate (attached) which indicates in all capital letters that it is INCLUDED with qualifying vehicles: which this vehicle was. Working with Joe Vizzi and Clinton Honda was straight-forward and painless. It's the fourth car I leased from there and I will most likely be back at the end of this lease.

The people are courteous and responsive. However, I would not presently recommend your dealership for service. 1. Had my 2023 honda passport for less than a couple of weeks. No one has ever been in the back seat. The first time I moved the driver seat backwards,it the plastic rail cover broke. I brought it in, it was looked at my the service advisor and he said he would get back to me. He informed me that Honda would NOT cover the broken piece under the warranty. Honda said it broke due to me banging it. Ridiculous statement... read more

No hard sell. We were allowed to walk around the lot and look at cars. When we were ready for assistance we went inside and an agent asked if we were being helped. He brought the first car I was interested in up to the door so we could test drive it. It wasn't comfortable so he brought another model. We took it for a drive and knew that was the model we wanted. He searched online, found one being delivered in a few days and reserved it for us. No hassles. No take something off the lot. It was all low pressure.
