Easy to work with. Visited 2 other local Honda dealerships and got a bit of a run around on pricing. I decided to contact Ed Dake and Honda North directly and was happy I did. No hassles and I felt that I was treated fairly and honestly.

Dominic in the Service Department is always kind, thoughtful, smiling, clear, and helpful above and beyond. When mice ate my wires and tubing, he took pictures, explained what needed to be done, got everything fixed properly, and even found where to get mouse repellent. And when I couldn’t figure out how to update my gps maps, he wrote out the directions step by step. He is a real asset to Honda North.
