Horrible experience! Traded our 2012 Ford Flex for a 2014 Chrysler. Said no damage.. had frame damage refused to fix it or make right! Service manager simply kicked the tires said no issues!! Said no ones perfect. Do not buy from here!!! They are a joke. We will be going back to shottenkirk west Burlington!
Very easy to work with, no pressure, made the process very easy and knew the answer to all the questions. Highly recommend, we are a honda family and hope to use Robbie in the future.
