Really excellent service and polite workers! Had a lovely experience and would recommend to anyone needing a quick repair.
The worst experience and I would not recommend anyone to take their car to Honda of Hollywood. I took my car in to get fixed after a collision, I advised the insurance company in regard to the repairs needed since certain areas of my Honda HRV weren’t working properly including my lift-gate. Allstate advised me that Rhadell over at the collision center would take care of it in which he gave me his word and wrote in the initial inspection as being part of the repairs. I got in an accident a few months ago and this collision center helped me get my car back in shape quickly and efficiently. Not only that , Francisco is one of the most helpful and kind people I’ve met in this town. He was able to help me feel at ease despite being shocked from the accident. Very service oriented and quick /communicative. I had to go back to have them flip an electrical fuse and they did it in less than 30min and gave me so much peace of mind. Someone give this guy a raise!
I was actually told “we’re paid to take it apart, not put it back together” which was ironically the most honest statement I got out of this establishment.
