Sai was great! Very informative and no pressure.
Asks if I need a shuttle when booking my appointment over the phone, and I say yes. Shuttle service 15 minutes away turned into 45 (no one follows up with updates) only to tell me that my destination is out of their service range. No one asks me where I’m going the entire time and just tells me to Uber home. Customers don’t come first at this location - go to another dealership.
I had a great experience dealing with Sai. He was not a hard seller, just honest, helpful, and genuinely focused on making sure I found the right vehicle for my needs. The process was smooth, stress-free, and transparent from start to finish.
