It is my pleasure to give assistant service manager Yousef Zaid five stars for his excellent work when I had my 2021 Honda Crv ex hybrid in for service at almost 15,000 miles. It took two hours and forty-five minutes approximately to complete my service work order which was a multi point inspection and nine more items including a car wash. Leased my first Pilot from them this go-round, and so far (2 year in) they've taken really good care of me, and I've been very happy with the dealership overall. I wish servicing it was more convenient, the service department always seems like it's a damn ZOO, and it always takes a really long time to get a service done. Instead of sending a shuttle, I wish they could just send a driver to come pick up your vehicle and bring it back to the dealership to get the service done FOR you.
