I recently completed my motorbike learners with Andrew at HART – Kilsyth, and I can’t recommend him enough! He is funny, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He teaches in a way that actually sinks in, so you leave feeling confident, not nervous. I learned a great deal from him today, especially about crash avoidance and planning ahead. 1. The two training tracks at Kilsyth are next to each other and occupied simultaneously most times. With helmets, up to 12 motorcycle engines and two instructors yelling from the top of their lungs, it is a chaotic environment even for those with prior riding experience. How about communication devices in the helmets HART provides? It is the 21st century after all. 2. The tracks are marked with cut in half tennis balls that are grey and difficult to see. Had a two day course there to obtain my learners. They were very thorough and excellent. Failed my second day so went back for day 2. I passed ! Jacob was just brilliant Goodbye L plate and a BIG thank you to the HART team for their help and support over the last 3 months. It’s been a blast. So professional. Thank you
I completed the 2 day Learner course today with Andrew as my facilitator. Andrew fully prepared us in knowledge and practical skills, which I will now apply to my riding on the road and dirt. The course felt similar to a defensive riding course, which has equipped me to be a better rider in general and to be safer on the road. Andrew is the best instructor ever! I would highly highly recommend him - not only is he patient but he has plenty of experience and knowledge. He is rooting for you the whole time and his teaching method is fun and practical. I learned a great deal from him today, especially about crash avoidance and planning ahead.
