EDIT/UPDATE: On 1/26, after I posted my original review and told her that I would need to find other care if they couldn't set a schedule, Celia sent me a text agreeing to a set schedule. By this time, I'd had to schedule cardiology followup so we had to ask for an exception for one day of PT. They have not kept a schedule and the PT has messaged me the day before the scheduled appointment EVERY SINGLE TIME to reschedule it. Today, he texted me at 8pm to change tomorrow's time. 5 days after discharge, we still do not have care in place as expected. PT no-showed and did not respond until I complained, eventually showed up 4 hours late. No appointments on the books for future appointments, only PT attempted but we have to schedule doctors first. Owner has been nonresponsive for 24+ hours. The 2 stars are for the nurse and OT who did assessments but it's my understanding we won't see either of them again.
