RecommendedI believe it might have been a husband, wife & son that did our 8 windows in our upstairs. They were very quick, got all 8 done in just under 4 hours, they cleaned up after themselves completely & were very informative about everything. Very happy with our new windows & will be going through them again for the next round downstairs.
I just had windows installed today and everything went perfectly! Very happy with my purchase from HomeZone from beginning to end! Met them at the Fenton Expo and scheduled my appointment there. Then Ron came out that same week! He was great.. very personable & knowledgeable. Just a few weeks later the windows were ready for install and they were very accommodating with my schedule! Jason and his crew for install were amazing and did a great job! Thank you going above and beyond today and exceeding my expectations!
Our new windows are very nice. They keep the cold drafts out and the installers did a great job of trimming around them so they look very professionally finished. Our salesman was very helpful and had great communication. The only thing I didn’t like was that they weren’t very up-front about how long the whole process would take. Installers showed up in the time they said they were going to. Replaced our windows original to the house from the 60's with no issues. Installers were awesome and very kind. Kept everything clean where they were working and were very respectful of the house. Kept us in the loop during the whole process. Left the cleaner then when they arrived. The windows look AMAZING and love how they were finished off. Very very impressed with their work.

The door wall was completed in one day and it turned out beautiful! The windows it replaced were 40 years old, single pane and were inefficient! It is so nice to look outside and see all the way to the back of our property. The door wall works smooth as silk and the screen is well made. Thanks, guys, you did a great job installing!
We love our new windows! Each step of the process was very pleasant and professional. No pressure at all. Just professional and helpful employees. They communicated everything from the sales department to the financing department.
