Hired them in March to do our tub enclosure and shower floor. . Still waiting on it to be finished, they say they will give us a call then we don't hear from them. They would at least call with updates even if they don't get the supplies in they are waiting for. I should have known when the sales rep showed up an hour late with no samples. After we agreed on a price we asked about the free ipad with a job over a certain amount. He responded that we got too good of a deal so we don't get the ipad. Follow up to my previous review. Since the time of this post I have received a call from the owner of the company. He personally apologized, thanked me for the feedback, and explained the circumstances that lead to experience I had without making excuses. He also took the time to explain the actions that are being taken to make sure this does not happen again to any other customers.
