Not recommended. Take your business anywhere else. This company will take their sweet time and in return charge thousands of dollars in extended loan fees that are at no fault to the customer. Once you get the loan good luck finding anyone to help you with your issues. The company paid our property taxes out of the loan (broker- Marcus VanRiper knew we paid this prior to closing loan since they would have been late if we waited until close) but they still paid them and funds were returned to Home Express. Awful: with 35% down payment, $0 in other debt, and my personal monthly income 6x the P&I, they quickly approved my loan. 3 days before closing, they started going quiet. Amended/extended and delayed closing date 2x. Then 2 days before closing, they ghosted. If you want your deal to fall through, this is the company for you. THEY WILL GHOST YOU, AND YOUR CONTRACT WILL FALL THROUGH.

Not Xpress at all. They will jerk you around. Approved for a loan after a couple of weeks then after asking for tons of documents and waiting 5 months they denied the loan of $350,000 which was 60% LTV and over 1 Million in additional assets. GO ELSEWHERE.
