Homeworx has been extremely beneficial to our business in Oklahoma City. They take the headache out of being a homeowner and handle issues with the investor in mind. If you are looking to build a real estate portfolio I highly recommended working with them!
If you’re moving from out of town like California I highly recommend picking someone else. The realtor does the work in the beginning and it makes you feel so good like you will be taken care of the whole time like that, but don’t let it fool you. The actually management company will do nothing to help you.
I would not lease or rent any property underneath their portfolio, or have them manage your properties. If you owe them money they will send it immediately to collections, with no recourse and no capitulation in order to remove it from collections even if you plan on paying them. Angie from the accounting department plays hardball and has no moral compass in regards to good-faith business.
They have been extremely easy to work with. Abby, Mary and Katelyn helped me so much and were very kind. Thank you! Highly recommend this company!
Do not recommend renting from them unless you want to loose money! Very shady
