The house was very well cleaned and ready for move in. Have been very happy with everything so far!
Probably wouldn't work with this company again. The staff is friendly. Our issue was we moved across the country and didn't get a chance to see the property in person before paying deposit, etc. When we took possession of the property the home was filthy and the yard was unkempt. We were told the home would be cleaned again and the yard would be taken care of, but when we arrived with movers a few weeks later, neither thing happened. They made things extremely easy and hassle-free as a property owner. Amber turned maintenance issues into non-issues! She was extremely quick, efficient, and helpful. I would absolutely use them again.
