Horrible experience with Homeworx to sell my home. Let it sit for months with zero offers. The broker, JR Spence, is rude and unprofessional. Dont use them as a realtor unless you are desperate.
Worst experience ever. This is not a customer service but a profiling agency, I provided all the requirements they had posted, they then asked for my pay stabs, bank details. They did my background checks and made calls to my previous landlords. Everything was good. But, this wasn't enough, they demanded a job letter, asked my wife bunch of personal questions about our lives. All wasn't enough either.
