Stay away from this management company. I have used them for two years now and they are the worst company ever. All my tenants constantly complained of not getting the maintenance from these guys. After terminating this company, they refused to pay me the due rent and security deposits of my tenants. It has been over five months they constantly give me the run around. I am now using an attorney and will most likely sue the company. Stay far away.
I signed on with this property management company five months ago, and my property is still not rented. In the beginning, they were very responsive, and I even made the changes they suggested to help get the property rented. However, recently, they have not been returning my calls or responding to my emails. Clearly I should have read the reviews for landlords. These people are INCOMPETENT! They literally tried to break into the property when they thought the key wouldn't work. They mangled the lock and just left it. Also took the screws out of the basement lock trying to get in and did not put them back. Horrible experience! Avoid if you are a landlord at all costs!
