We did not have a good experience but this was 2 years ago. The person gave us a quote that was too high and he wouldn't insulate an area that we wanted insulated. After we signed, he sent a note saying that he missed something and increased the cost to us - now in the thousands. We waited 2 years for another audit. The 2 year date was a couple of days away, but they wouldn't even schedule (for after that date) until the exact 2-year date. Great experience all around especially the work done by truck #122 with Nick, Justin and Darling. They were everything you could ask for in a contracted work job. Professional, prompt, knowledgeable and polite. Answered all my dumb questions without making me feel out of place and completed job in allocated work time and did a fantastic job of cleaning up afterwards. Would highly recommend this trio and if I need any more work done am making it a point to ask for them. Thank you guys !
