This review with Ingrid W. is a good example of what not to do if a problem needs to be fixed. She has called about this fascia board for several years, and finds any question about the condition of the project to be very insulting. We would be happy to look at her project, but a few questions about the work are going to be asked before a tech can arrive on site. called to set up appointment to have facia board replaced. Laura Engler is like a cerberus, unfriendly, terse, yes no is alll she wanted this is mo way to interactvwith potential customers or fellow human beings for that matter. this is the second phone experience we have had like this, my husband and i independently had the honor. jim does great work, Lauara needs to destress! we will stay away from her.

The review by Alexandra Belcher is very surprising, since we did review her project and were timely in discussing her options with her. She wanted a firm quote, which is impossible because of issues that are concealed behind walls, etc. She was informed of this, (and of our scheduling process). We would still be happy to help with her project, but a firm quote is not possible until the wall is opened up for a review of the work. Had to write to tell about our excellent experience with Jim Engler's Homework. I called and spoke with Laura Engler, who was knowledgeable and got us scheduled right away. Jim arrived when we expected and was able to asses our problem and provide a great solution. Neat, professional and very easy to work with - I'd recommend to anyone!

Jim Engler personally performed the repairs to my plumbing problems. What I like is that he was not trying to sell more work than what was necessary. He accessed the problem and repaired only what was necessary. His wife Laura, whom schedules the work, was friendly and professional. I called Homework on a Monday and by Tuesday, Jim was out to my home repairing the plumbing. I would recommend Homework to my family, neighbors, and to friends.
