Google Maps says closed but it’s very open, i booked on IHC app. Helpful staff. I stayed here 6 months ago and nothing changed so far. Forget breakfast it doesn’t exist. There was a rust hole in the bathtub. I’m not sure how these old rundown hotels get under the IHC umbrella? The quality expectation isn’t there.
There was mold in the shower. The handle was broken on the toilet. I reported both of these to the front desk but they didn't fix the toilet or clean the mold or offer me another room. I will not stay here again. This is the worst IHG property that I have stayed at.
I booked this “luxury suite” near the airport through Expedia, hoping for a comfortable honeymoon stay 10/11/25-10/13/25. Instead, it was one frustration after another. We arrived around 6:00 p.m. For reference of who was on staff. At check-in, the front desk clerk was rude and dismissive. Wow! My flight was delayed, so I missed a connection. I called that night so they wouldnt give away my room, said I would arrive in the morning instead. They even asked me what time i would be in and said it would be ok. THEY GAVE AWAY MY ROOM. Nothing was ready in the morning. I waited over an hour. They told me I can't expect any compensation, even though the room they assigned to me was used by another person. They got paid twice for that room! I have never been to a hotel that had such a great staff. Rooms were nice and roomy. Breakfast was limited, but just what you need when you are traveling. Our overall experience was excellent
