Hotel was very clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and polite. The room was nice and clean. The bed was pretty comfortable and the breakfast was good as well.
Wish I could give a -0 in Stars . Absolutely worst stay of my life .Filthy Dirty , we arrive in room to find a wet used towels full of hair hanging on back of bathroom door , hair on walls floor , mold in shower on doors floors covered in loose chewing tobacco . Sticky end tables . Lamps not working , mirror hanging off wall . No linens or towels but one set for a family of 3 . Staff was friendly but was not familiar with IHG membership and charged the wrong card. The facility was terrible. Carpets dirty and worn out. The elevators paused and shook every time we got in it. The ac in the room smelled like musty mold and the vents were dirty like not cleaned in a long time. Not worth the money.
The bathtub in our first room was filthy. Staff put us into a second room that was cleaner but still not very clean. I had to go to the front desk multiple times because the room was not properly stocked with towels, toiletries, or linens for the pullout bed. There were stains on the couch and the carpet in the elevator was filthy and smelled horrible. Staff accommodated all of our requests but also seemed mildly irritated.
