We had an excellent experience at this Hilton Hotel. The room was clean and very roomy! We will definitely be looking for another Homewood Suites by Hilton for future travels. Thanks so much for the hospitality!!
To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding my experience at Homewood Suites by Hilton York on April 18, 2026. What was supposed to be my son’s 8th birthday pool party turned into an unacceptable and distressing situation due to the conduct of your staff and management. Paid hundreds in deposits and fees just to be hit with rules that weren’t disclosed upfront. Instead of handling a simple conversation professionally, management escalated it and called the police for no valid reason. Completely unwelcoming and felt like a setup to take money without providing real hospitality. Do better. Not recommended.
