Very clean rooms with an efficient layout. The hotel is very nicely appointed with a very modern look to it. The staff here are always friendly and very accommodating. The free breakfast includes eggs bacon hash browns coffee pastries oatmeal and Waffles. There is a fitness room laundry services and a pool. On Wednesdays they offer complimentary drinks between 5:00 and 7:00 p.m. they have beers on tap in the lounge which can be purchased using a drinks card that you prepay for. I had informed that office multiple time about that constant loud humming noise in my room but it wasn't looked at, I was also told that there are no other rooms to swtich. Basically no one cared to help out, the hotel is overpiced for the service, I wasn't able to have any sleep both nights because of this noise.
Told me they don’t have paper plates because they don’t have a restaurant. I said what about the paper plates for breakfast she said she didn’t have access to those. I’ve definitely asked for them before and have gotten them. We stay here all the time for work. 🥲 she didn’t have to lie, she could’ve just not been lazy 🤌🏼🤌🏼
