Everything was perfect except they overcharged my card for $22 that I never authorized! The room was nice,staff friendly and there were plenty of amenities!
“Sweet Sixteen Christmas in July Birthday Celebration” BEST STAFF AND OUTSTANDING FACILITIES!!!!! My wife and I actually chose this location because of the great customer service that we received during our daughter's birthday sleepover in December (2 suites). I contacted the General Manager (Fatima) in May about possibly hosting the event as there were other options available to us including our lodge (at no cost). This was the best hotel I've been to in years! The staff was helpful and friendly, the amenities were amazing, and our room was clean! The included breakfast was great, the best free hotel breakfast I've ever had. I'll be back if I'm in the area again.
