Location and room view were fine. Parking was incredibly scarce. Our room had an awful smell coming from the sink where the garbage disposal was, the toilet had a running noise all night, and the room was freezing and took almost our entire stay to warm up. The blankets were also very thin. Javin, who checked us in at the front desk, was very rude and kept an AirPod in for the entirety of our check in, and repeatedly asked us to repeat information because he couldn’t hear us. I typically have great experiences at Hilton hotels unfortunately, this was a less than enjoyable experience. My wallet fell down the crack of the elevator as I was looking for my room key. I immediately went to speak to the staff at the front desk. Unfortunately, since it was late at night there was nothing that could be done in the moment.
