The shower still had the previous guests hair in it here and there but other than that the room was really nice and the hotel was walking distance from DCU center. Front desk was nice and breakfast was pretty good! Would definitely stay again .
I absolutely love the Homewood Suites. Convenience of a suite with larger refrigerator and spacious room. The "cocktail hour" is great on Wednesday's. Free breakfast could be better... eggs are sub-par and need for bacon. I can't complain too much. Prefer this hotel than any others. Hilton is my brand.
Overall this is a very nice property, friendly staff, above average Homewood breakfast buffet, etc. Parking was adequate and well lit. I was hoping to get a 2 queen room and although one didn’t come available, Thea at the front desk had a rollaway in our selected room which worked out great. My 4-star is really for the freeway noise. When selecting a room via the app, pick an odd number (ie on the other side of the hotel from the freeway) room. Even with our room fan on constant, the road noise all night long was pretty bad…
This was our second stay here. While the hotel is nice enough the service is not. The first time we were there we asked for housekeeping. They never showed up. We purposely went to a coffee shop during the time they said they would clean..waste if time and $. Asked again the next day...again no one until they sent someone at 8 pm when we were in our pajamas and ready for bed. We said we would stay in the front room (were in a suite that had a living room) if they could clean the bathroom and bedroom. They refused if we didnt... read more
