Absolutely beautiful after the remodel. Staff and manager, Christine, goes above and beyond to make sure our stay is the best experience while staying in Tyler
No water in pool. BBQ inoperable. Tvs inoperable. Pet friendly room was filthy and flea infested. Got a refund. Vomit on the wall. Disgusting.
This hotel was AMAZING! The rooms were so nice & clean. Everything was updated. Very close to all the hospitals & surgery centers. The remodeling is going to look so great. The staff were all friendly at all hours of the day. Thank you for a great stay.
Just stayed one night due to a short trip and reserved my room just 30 mins before arrival on a Friday night. The hotel is going thru a renovation which is obvious when you enter the lobby area. However, it doesn’t hamper the experience as my room was already remodeled and updated and was very clean and comfortable. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Tyler.
