This was my first time staying here as I wanted to find a place not on 69 and closer to my client when I'm in Tyler. From the minute I walked in I was impressed with the fast and friendly service. The room was clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. The hotel itself was quiet. It's not right on a main road so there is not a lot of traffic noise. Clean, large suites. Very nice hot breakfast with lots of heathly choices. Enjoyed my stay here. Highly recommended.
Remodel/update is good… except for the lighting choices! All of the new lamps create VERY uncomfortable glare. Had to throw a garment bag over one. The one on the wall is useless, as it blinds you. Man invented lamp shades for a reason. :) Otherwise, good update, and professional check-in.
The hotel lobby looks nice but once u enter the room it's dirty and dated along with shower. Wet and stained carpet by ac unit. The room was hot and the stay was horrible. Tv service is an issue as well
Very nice rooms and the staff is very nice, pretty good parking.
