I paid in advance for my room reservation then the next day after l checked in Hilton double charged me - I spoke to both the general manager and the assistant manager and they promised me l would get my refund back which was over $350 and l have been checked out of the hotel and back to my home going on 5 days and still ZERO refund - I think Hilton should have handled this promptly but they keep giving me the run around - never again
Cancelled my reservation TWICE now and jacked the rates up
I've spent over 3 years of my life living in hotels over the course of my career that includes travel. My one night here has been one of the best in my memory. Great rooms, excellent facilities, and maybe the best breakfast I've ever had(that I didn't pay for). This will be my hotel of choice when staying in Tuscaloosa. Keep up the good work!
I don’t know much about the room or the location. However I can speak on service and friendliness. The front desk clerk MADISON was very rude on the phone. She needs to find another occupation because hospitality is NOT for her. I called today October 22 10:30 Alabama time 11:30 Indiana time. She answered the phone and did attempt to assist me but she wasn’t hearing what all I was asking, so I asked to just speak with Felicia who is the manager.
