I travel for work and stay long term and have been at pretty much all of the hotel brands that exist in the USA and Canada. That being said I have experience with hotels and this one is at the top of the list of places to stay. When I arrived I got a nice grab bag with some snacks and some water, I arrived before check in and they had my room ready in no time. Everything has been above and beyond. They have been nothing but accommodating and have made sure everything has met and exceeded expectations. The breakfast is always changing with delicious choices everyday. On days im not able to stay long enough to enjoy the hot breakfast they offer a bagged service, this is a game changes some days at work. Keep up the good work!
The hotel was amazing I have an amazing trip at the hotel. I left something behind I left my Muslim hat that my cousin gave me for a gift on September I left it in my room is there any way you can ship it to my house 20241 Sagebrush Drive I really need it back I would come back but I have to go to a Hyatt place for my next trip in June if there any way you can ship it to my house THe breakfast was amazing as well the upgrade for my own bedroom was amazing as well
