I want to take a moment to recognize Vivian at the front desk at Homewood Suites Oakville. Even before we arrived, I spoke with Vivian over the phone about something specific I was hoping to have arranged to make our stay a little more special, and she was absolutely amazing. She was so kind, accommodating, and genuinely willing to help. She took the time to understand what I was asking for and made every effort to make it happen, which meant a lot to us.p
We had a reservation, but it was given away before we arrived. We got "upgraded" to a suite. 2 beds, 2 bathrooms and 3 TV's. One bathroom was broken. One closet door was broken. The water pressure was goofy. The bed was decent. There were plenty of chairs. The free breakfast was nice
