This has become my favorite hotel in the Toronto/greater Toronto area. I come to Toronto for work about 8 times a year and have stayed all over, but this one stands out. The staff is very friendly and professional. They greeted me warmly and remembered my name. They had my packages delivered to my room and assisted me when my luggage was lost. First time at this property and I was amazed. Fresh, clean, and close proximity to 407. Works great for us. Highly recommend!!
We have stayed here multiple times and they always go above and beyond. One time we accidently arrived 4 hours before check in and they gave us a sorry gift because our room wasn't ready even though it was out fault! And their breakfast are always worth getting up for! Staff are super friendly and the rooms are super clean.
