For a "higher end" hotel marketed as suites. They didn't take any care to even fold the towels. It's the little things when you pay this kind of money. Then there was just spare shampoo bottles sitting on the shelf. Despite the ones being on the wall being full and I'm working order. Didn't meet the standards I EXPECT from Homewood Suites and Hilton.
I never leave bad reviews, but I absolutely cannot recommend this place. The room was not cleaned properly, the staff were unprofessional, and it’s definitely not worth the high price.
