For a "higher end" hotel marketed as suites. They didn't take any care to even fold the towels. It's the little things when you pay this kind of money. Then there was just spare shampoo bottles sitting on the shelf. Despite the ones being on the wall being full and I'm working order. Didn't meet the standards I EXPECT from Homewood Suites and Hilton.
I never leave bad reviews, but I absolutely cannot recommend this place. The room was not cleaned properly, the staff were unprofessional, and it’s definitely not worth the high price.
It has EV charger right here in the hotel. Totally 8 EV charger with the nearby hotel. So convenient and room are very spacious. The lotion product smells good and natural ingredients. Dog friendly as well.
Did not meet our expectations and was not impressed with our stay. Check in was easy and quick and lady was friendly, however everything went down hill from there. Upon getting to our room- ( Room 515) the garbage bins in the kitchen were not emptied from the previous guests. There was a used damp washcloth that was hanging behind the bathroom door left from the previous guest.
