Spacious suites, well appointed, delicious breakfasts, weekly happy hour buffet dinner. The staff was fantastic.
My go to when I’m in Tallahassee. Great service!! Very Nice breakfast with Tiara. She is super. Kesha is the best. She provides the very best service and goes the extra mile at the evening social. Wednesday evening social even serves a lite dinner.
I'm currently diamond with Hilton and stay 100+ nights per year. This Homewood goes above & beyond. Every staff member I passed was very friendly, saying hi, offering to help. My main issue (not Hiltons issue but Door Dash). My door dash order didn't show up. The Dasher claimed to have left it at the desk. I went to the desk.... No order. There were 2 staff members at the desk. They called next door to the Hampton Inn to see if anything had been left there and then volunteered to go over and looked around for my order. Stayed here for a business trip. The rooms are clean, modern, and spacious. There's an outdoor pool with seating for relaxing at the end of the day. The service is excellent - they went out of their way to help me out. They have meeting rooms so it looks like it wouldbe a good spot for an event.
I will give this hotel a 5-Star review strictly because of Tiara in the breakfast area. If you meet her, you will know.... She's the one with the smile on her face and the sweet spirit. She made a point to say kind words to each person she met. Tiara deserves a raise!
