Stayed in a 2 bedroom suite for 2 nights. The rooms were fairly clean as the surfaces were clean, bathroom clean and beds were made nicely. Plenty of towels for the first night. The walls, door frames and vents were dirty though. An easy fix with a Clorox wipe but looks like they don't clean those areas frequently. The couch in the main bedroom had stains on it. Never again!!! If you'd like to receive housekeeping service and a bug-free environment, this definitely is not the hotel for such.
My family of 8 visited Tallahassee for a 5-day stay, and we had a wonderful experience. Tiara was fantastic in the kitchen her hospitality and meals were a highlight of our trip. Byron was also great a well-rounded team member who handled maintenance and lent a hand in the kitchen whenever needed. Their hospitality made our stay truly enjoyable.
