I was traveling and in a real bind. It was almost midnight and ALL the hotels were full. We went to another Hilton close by and they said they were full, but called Homewood Suites and the woman at the front desk told them they had 1 room left, so we raced over there. She told me the room rate, and I almost cried. Extremely expensive for what was going to be a 7 hour stay. She saw my face and gave me the friends and family discount. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel! Outstanding customer service throughout all staff we interacted with. The absolute best breakfast and breakfast area! Highly recommend!
