Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was disappointing. Upon arrival, the reception staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming, I felt more like a burden than a guest. No useful information was provided about the hotel, amenities, or even breakfast. I asked a question and felt that I was being sent on my way. The room itself was not much better. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud, making it hard to relax or sleep. The hotel was really nice. The staff in the breakfast area were exceptional! The front desk was very accommodating when we needed extra blankets

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Rooms are clean, bed is comfortable (though not the pull out couch, but kids slept fine there). Hotel was quiet, staff was very friendly. Kids loved the pool. Breakfast was not my favourite, next time I would go out for breakfast instead. But considering it’s included, it wasn’t bad. Overall we will come back to stay here again.
