I am currently staying at this hotel and while the rooms were nice and the staff was friendly, I’m very disappointed with the communication process from start to finish. I have a medical condition that requires me to take medicated baths each night for pain relief, so having a bathtub isn’t just a preference — it’s a necessity. My mother-in-law underwent emergency surgery this morning and is currently in the ICU on a ventilator. Naturally, our family is under a great deal of stress, especially since we’ve been dealing with storms all day while traveling from South Texas. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this excellent hotel! Our suite was spacious and impeccably clean, with a wonderful aroma that made us feel right at home. The hotel's prime location and generous amenities, including a hot breakfast, added to its appeal. While the breakfast had room for improvement (perhaps more variety), the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay truly memorable.
