I was very disappointed during my stay at this hotel. Many amenities were missing or not working in the room. In the kitchenette, the counter GFI outlet was not working and I could not reset it. Since the boxed breakfasts had been stopped since my last stay, I needed to purchase food from a local grocery store and prepare it myself which became challenging since there were no paper towels or a hand towel in the kitchenette for clean up. Hotel is closing and no longer operating in this location. Hotel staff was not helpful as I was told to look for another hotel a d there was nothing they could do for me. As a Diamond member, I didn't have the option for breakfast or even a food voucher, as it's being offered in other Hilton locations.
