We checked in on August 29th and reviewed this hotel the review got turned around. Are stay as usual is always excellent here Management's great staff great. This is our go-to hotel when we're coming from out of town
We checked into Homewood Suites last week, and I was touched by the personalized and exemplary customer service we received from Kenny at the front desk. He couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful-even giving us recommendations on great book stores to visit while in the area. Really appreciate Kenny going above and beyond what was required to make the stay special.
Standard experience for a Homewood and staff is Excellent however, to call yourself an "Airport Hotel" you need to AT LEAST either be on a direct public transit route OR have a free airport shuttle. This location has neither.
