Good evening to whoever reads this. Well let's see what can I say about this hotel? This hotel was probably one of the best hotels that me and my family have stayed in. It definitely hits the top five for affordable hotels to stay in. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was outstanding. The staff here are so friendly and outgoing this is a place that really makes you feel at home. The grounds were kept clean as well as the pool area. Check in was quick and staff is friendly but when I wanted to request more linens, I realized the phone was out of order and wasn’t connected to the wall. We were informed the phone won’t be fixed until Monday- after we checked out. We received our towels after 4 attempts and asking the front desk in person, but the extra pillows and comforter never came. Our shower also leaked so the bathroom floor was constantly wet - why we needed extra towels. Parking is very tight and overbooked, so it’s difficult to find a spot if you ... read more
