Good hotel, great service. Necessary utensils were available in the room. Our room was queen suit with kitchenette. Breakfast options were limited.
While this hotel is approximately six years old, it is starting to show its age. The couch in our living area was in a poor state - peeling and awful to sit on — not sure why the hotel has not changed the cushions (see photo). The room could have been cleaner as well. Upon our arrival, we found random hairs around the room and dirty walls (see photo). If you’re staying on business don’t. Rude front desk people that made us give a CC authorization form. Saying they wouldn’t accept the card on site. Then proceeded to accept the card on site and charge both cards. It just made no sense and it seems like they wanted to give people a hard time for no reason. I’m so sick of the Hilton across the board. This is supposed to be a business account. It shouldn’t be this hard just to check in especially after my driver’s been driving all day long.
The TVs really need an upgrade so guests can at least cast from their own devices. I don’t think anyone wants to log in to Netflix, Disney+, or any other app with their personal accounts at a hotel. This isn’t just a Hilton issue.. it seems common in many hotels. I had a bad experience when I wanted to watch a movie with my kids and couldn’t.
