Nice spot to stay while in San Diego
The jets for the hot tub are broke. We didn't have very hot water in our shower. The breakfast is ok, it's free so you're getting what you pay for. Basic pastries, eggs and sausage and watered down coffee.
I experienced discriminatory and unacceptable treatment at this hotel. Despite having a fully paid reservation for two rooms for three nights, and even confirming it by phone three days in advance, I was told upon arrival with my family that no rooms were available. The staff offered no apology and were shockingly rude. I had to cancel the entire stay, and I’m still uncertain whether I’ll receive a refund.
