Amazing location and great views. Was not thrilled about valet being the only option for parking, very expensive.
Check out the pictures, pretty much sums it up. Location was great, everything else not so much. The room had multiple damaged areas, exposed floors from riped up carpet, ripped furniture and sheets. The dishwasher leaked all over the floor when we ran it. The ottoman had completely peeled off "leather" pieces that it was gross to sit on. Multiple patched walls with stuff coming off of it. As other reviewers have commented: -don’t expect early or late check-ins and outs. You will get a staff run around, chat response avoidance and ultimately nothing despite late checkouts being a member perk. -front desk staff seem disinterested and bouncing things to the next shift or person. We were told to come to them when we arrived to see about early checkin. We had an early flight. We arrived and my husband waiting all day in lobby. My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend primarily due to its proximity to Little Italy area of SD. Half of our group are longtime Hilton Honors members. Positives first: 1. The rooms were clean and functional. We stayed in a 2-BR family suite. 2. Housekeepers were courteous and friendly, with smiles whenever we would greet each other on the hallway. 3.
