The first room that they assigned me to had a broken table. I went to the front desk and asked for another room the room they then sent me to was better, but I ultimately discovered that the ceiling fan didn’t work. The bathroom fan didn’t work and some of the furniture was dirty. All in all the room was very tired and old looking unbeknownst to me at the end of the day they tacked on a $15 per day parking fee, which had not been previously disclosed having stayed at local residence Inn, other than the location being right n... read more
Inconsiderate front desk staff. I’ll stick with the Melville Homewood Suites location
Filthy room. Used bar of soap to wash your hands. Some green liquid in frig. Dirty table. Sink filthy Yuk! Nice front desk people but house keeping needs to held accountable. Dirty hall carpets. Old bathrooms. Needs an upgrade.
