A nice clean Homewood Suite with all of the things you expect. A suite, a great breakfast and a very friendly staff. The staff are super helpful and the breakfast exceeds the typical Homewood with a good selection and the usual eggs and oatmeal but they also have a breakfast taco bar with great toppings and sauces.

Matthew at the front desk is exceptional. Please give him a raise. Breakfast is standard and can always use help. The folks are just kind here. Little dated but comfortable and clean. Thank you, Homewood Suites. Other properties (Amelia Island Hm2 front desk) could benefit from a lesson in your customer service expertise. Side note: some door handles only turn up to open which is annoying as ... Killer steak next door. Burgers are great two r three doors down.

I recently had a disappointing experience at this hotel, which unfortunately did not meet the standards I expect as a Hilton Diamond member. While I have enjoyed many stays at various Hilton properties, this visit stood out for all the wrong reasons.
