This was a great stay. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
We stayed in one of their four large Suites with a family of five. Our bathroom toilet did not flush and we were told that there was nothing they could do about it and that maintenance would be notified in the morning. Every time we had to use the bathroom, we had to go use the first floor bathroom in the lobby. In the morning, we spoke with a manager and she only wanted to give us points in compensation and said there was nothing else she could do. If you wanna have two different people walk in on you while you’re naked, you need to stay here!! I checked in. And then and I got a text message from my bank. I tell the lady that there was an issue with the card we need to rerun it. She said no everything is fine. I check in my room take off my clothes. Somebody walks in on me. She checked in two different people in the same room 10 minutes apart from each other what blows my mind she had to write the room number on the card.
