We checked into this hotel at 730pm. We were quickly checked in and charged for our room. Once in our room, we went to use the water and it was all brown. We called downstairs and were told, oh yes, there was a water line break and you cannot use the water. We asked why we weren't told this before he asked for payment and the clerk said, he forgot.
