This is the best Homewood Suites we have stayed in. It's modern, clean and attractive. Lighting in the rooms is bright and cheery. The staff throughout the hotel is very friendly and professional. Kudos to them all, including the wonderful team serving breakfast.
This is downright the best Hilton Hotel I have ever stayed at! The location is convenient, close to shopping centers nearby and right off of Exit 6 on I-270. The staff is amazing and very friendly. The rooms are spacious, it’s almost like having your own 1BD apartment. Highly recommend and can’t wait to be back again here :)
Our extended family visits this hotel 1-2 times per year. It’s always OK, but in this last visit, we had several housekeeping issues that were surprising, having to do with incomplete cleaning prior to our check-in and failure to correct after repeated requests.
Stayed here for a family trip for a funeral. Hotel was accommodating in placing us in rooms close to one another. And they have a large sitting area where we could all eat and talk together. I did have to wait a decent amount of time to check in as one person was manning both hotels check in desks - and my room wasn't ready in time for check in.
