Stayed here for a family trip for a funeral. Hotel was accommodating in placing us in rooms close to one another. And they have a large sitting area where we could all eat and talk together. I did have to wait a decent amount of time to check in as one person was manning both hotels check in desks - and my room wasn't ready in time for check in.
We had an excellent stay at the Homewood Suites in Rockville. The customer service was outstanding and everyone was very kind throughout our visit. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and made the whole experience even better. I left very happy and will definitely keep this as one of my go to hotels in the area. I would like to note the rooms and style are a bit older. Our TV in the bedroom was dark and had a line through the middle but overall a great experience.
I loved everything! I'll be happy to come back again!
This hotel is VERY pet friendly (like big dogs everywhere) and unfortunately they have mice that can be spotted in the lobby. The staff was nice and helpful. I had to change my room because the 1st one smelled like a dog kennel. The 2nd room didn’t smell as bad, but it has a stench to it that I couldn’t locate the origin of.
