Very clean, easy parking and friendly staff
My wife and I stayed here for our trip to the Mayo Clinic and it was great. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and, knowing why we were there, they had a wealth of information ready to help us out. We stayed 2 nights and could have comfortably stayed here much, much longer. Great experience. I highly suggest the Homewood Sites in Rochester for anyone traveling here. You want be disappointed.
Feels like a second home. Katrina killed it up front and the breakfast is surprisingly fantastic. Kids loved the pool, maintenance team was ontop of everything quick. Outdoor area is super peaceful considering the limited space. Cleaning staff does a great job, thank you Megan! felt safe being so close to St Mary's and parking is as good as you will find in the area.
Can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Every person in every role was wonderful. The breakfast is outstanding. The location couldn’t be better. The Hilton hospitality extended to me truly felt like an extension of the hospital across the street for weary and exhausted souls. Sparkling clean, spacious rooms - in fact, everything is sparkling clean. The hot tub and pool area is an oasis. Parking can be tight, but I always found a space. Bed Bugs....Bed Bugs...Bed Bugs....I stayed at this hotel and got BED BUGS. Confirmed by the nursing staff of Mayo Clinic hospital. The hotel was nice, the staff polite and room seemed clean...except for the BED BUGS. What a living hassle it all was to deal with the BED BUGS and getting rid of them, all while dealing with a spouse in the St Mary's hospital and then Mayo Rehab facility. Cost me $$'s to deal with.
