Stayed in a one-bedroom suite with family. Here are the problems we faced: • Door didn’t lock (wasn’t fixed until the next morning) • Coffee maker never worked and no replacement • Shower tap spins freely, hard to set temperature • Foul smell in the room • Very Loud refrigerator noise • Outdated TV and equipment • Very Poor breakfast options Staff tried their best to support us, but were helpless as the support system itself is broken here. Total waste of money. Stay away.

Had a great stay in a nice suite. We are pretty low maintenance, so didn't put the personnel to the test, but certainly had everything we needed.

We have stayed here a couple times. The front desk employee was kind and helped when asked. However one of the rooms we stayed in (room 213) was TRASH. The bedroom window was broken, the door to the room was broken, and there was cat litter all over the bathroom floor. Both stays the sheets were torn, and stained. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly for the most part but cleanliness - not good.

Appreciated the diamond room upgrade, but we have stayed at much better Homewoods than this one. The 2bdrm suite showed signs of age with torn up carpet in the lounge. Hot water in the shower took forever. Housekeeping only entered the room once to replace towels but did not make the beds or refill the shower soap dispenser which was empty. The pool was unexpectedly closed the entire time which was a major letdown for our two nine year olds. Breakfast was bad every day - used to seeing much better choices at Homewood. No oat... read more
