Our stay was going fine until Dave at front desk ruined it by yelling at us because our 1 year old was crying. We were in the front lobby, not really disturbing anyone as there was no one around at the time (around 10:30 AM); and she was crying because we were trying to put snow shoes on her. Well, no parents love hearing their child cry and we were doing all we can to calm her down. This is very close to one of my work locations, so very convenient. The room was so spacious and had everything I needed. I slept very well and it was quiet. The fridge was stocked with 2 bottles of water. I thought it was an excellent value for the price and I will definitely stay here again. I didn't think the breakfast was very awesome, but there were lots of choices.
Currently staying here now. The hotel itself is nice, updated, and clean. The studio king suite is huge for one person. A big shoutout to Ava at the front desk. There was a brief water issue while the pool was being worked on and she was doing a great job handling questions and difficult guests. She also made it a point to check in on my stay despite all of that, excellent customer service!
