The front desk staff here was absolutely wonderful…very welcoming and accommodating. Unfortunately, the room itself was not up to standard. The mattress had questionable (what looked to be bodily fluids) stains, the bathroom had bacteria growth, the mirrors were dirty, and the carpet had crumbs and debris throughout. Overall, the room did not feel clean or well-maintained. I truly appreciated the hospitality, but management really needs to improve the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms.

My wife & I recently stayed at the Homewood Suites in Reno. We wanted to recognize Christian at the front deck & Cameron the manager for their exemplary service! We really appreciated their “can do” attitude. When our TV would not show ESPN Cameron spent an hour trying yo figure out what was going on at 8:00 PM! He determined it was the TV & removed the old TV & replaced it with one that worked properly. It would have been easy for him to blow us off since it was so late but he chose to help us. Thanks for the great service!
