I don't know where to begin. This hotel is in dire need of professional cleaning and needs major renovations. When you first walk in it appears to be fairly nice until you look up at the ceiling to see the wallpaper falling, water stains on ceilings, and filthy vents with mold around them. The elevators carpets are disgusting with dark black stains and smells like mold and spoil milk. Front desk person was friendly and informative. Able to get an early check in. We thought the rooms were beautiful and clean. Breakfast was good.
This was not my favorite experience in a Hilton property. I am a Hilton regular and I have stayed at a Homewood suites before. This one just felt drab, dim and kind of sad. Room was clean but everything seemed worn out and dingy. Just kind of run down. Hallways were dimly lit. Carpet was wrinkled up. The pool was nice and felt clean. The lobby was clean. The furniture in the room was very worn. The bathroom drain was scary, didn't know if something would crawl out of the drain. One night was enough.
