Clean and friendly hotel and staff. The location is nice because there are good restaurants within walking distance. We have stayed here because it's an easy location to get downtown for sporting events.
Being a diamond member and asking for a late check out and being told no, when the place was already half empty. Was trying to take care of a sick wife. If they treat diamond members like this you can imagine how they would treat anyone else. Many other better ran Hilton flags in the area. Go there instead.
Breakfast selection could be better. Other than that, great stay!
