My experience with the Homewood Suites Downtown was the worst customer experience I have ever had in my life. I had been talking with the sales department about booking a block of rooms for my wedding. They provided me with an initial quote which I was satisfied with and asked for a tour of the hotel. The Director of Sales then did not contact me in regards to a tour and did not reach out to discuss the contract further.
