Booked a stay for two nights here four months in advance. Four days before our stay, we were notified that no more rooms were available for us. Coldplay concert in town the same weekend. They overbooked and took the later higher rate reservation over ours. This happened to several other members in our group as well. Extremely unethical business practice! Hope you’re happy with the extra money from one weekend over long term customer loyalty.
I truly can't say enough good things about this place and the staff they are completely amazing
I love Hilton brands,being an employee to one is an added bonus. But this property was everything. My family and I booked here because it was closer to my grandmother. We came to celebrate her 85th birthday. We really enjoyed ourselves,and this wasn't the 1st time we stayed here. But this the 1st time that we were looked at differently,if u know what I mean. Decent hotel, I feel as though for an extended stay they only offer the bare minimum for accommodation. I.E/ (1)pot (1) pan. Pleasant stay quiet hotel with plenty of parking. Located in great area with plenty of shops and restaurants within a few minutes of walking or driving. I would stay again but would love to see them give more cookware given they have a kitchen area. Having to buy cookware for a stay takes away from the overall experience of my stay. Otherwise great hotel
Was not very pleased with hotel, moved our departure forward several hours just to leave. Room was very warm, hallways were hot and humid, beds were uncomfortable, only 2 complimentary bottles of water for a family of 4 as a Hilton honors member, couldn't hear myself think in the lobby with over 40 loud people in there. Lots of people loitering in the parking lot at dusk and early morning didn't feel my vehicle was very secure.
