First of all , I can say what a bad service was for the first key they give us . The room was dirty and so gross. We need to go back to the office at 3 an to ask for another room! Wow bad service ever!!!!!
☆☆☆☆ Absolutely Disgusting — Do Better, Homewood Suites We had to switch rooms immediately after checking in because the first one was completely unacceptable. The room reeked of weed, there was bubblegum stuck to the headboard, and — to top it off — a woman’s bra was still hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Clearly, housekeeping skipped this one. The person at the front desk is very nice, but the hot tub didn’t work and the pool didn’t look as nice as pictures. No one told us the only ice machine is behind the front desk.

This Hilton hotel does a great job! We stayed here by accident!!! We were in a hilton in NYC, DC and a different one in Longview, all in a 10 day span. This hotel staff wins the award for the most friendly group we have met. We checked in early due to unforseen circumstances, with very little notice. The staff was more than helpful and super nice. The rooms are clean and spacious and the breakfast is actually good for my 2 teenage boys and my husband. They really do bring a feeling of home away from home. I would highly reco... read more
