fire alarm went off when shower was in use my bed was at a 45 degree angle the king bed was hard and uncomfortable air conditioner smelled like mold tv was uncomfortably dim parking lot was not well lit and there was no usb ports properly in need of a referb they accused us of smoking in the room
I was there for my family reunion and they mixed up my reservation with someone with a similar name. They don't clean the rooms everyday.
Thank you, for the excellent service. The facilities were very clean, quiet and inviting! I really appreciated the delicious breakfast. I also would like to recognize the staff for their courteous service , always polite, and helpful. Thank you Staff to include Ms. Halima Ali Ibrahim.
The front desk staff was very friendly and also professional, The hotel was very clean! The kitchen staff was very friendly and professional as well. They even had a putting Green in the back. I will definitely stay here again. Ms. Halima Ali was very helpful with our stay here looking forward to working with her in the future.
