We held our annual pretty pink and pampered for cancer surivors in there banquet hall it was very nice
First, the negatives: The room was a bit pricey and has a solid breakfast buffet, but expected more breakfast options and staff let the main entrees (and even oatmeal/grits) run out and took too long to refill.
Thank you so much to Mrs.Latoya at the front desk. I was in need of a room at 1:30 in the morning after having to leave another one due to bed bugs. She was so kind and made the transition a breeze. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart!
We had a grandchild in the Children’s Hospital. I talked to Shawanda in sales and she took very good care of us as the family. The room was very spacious and clean. The parking is very easy. Perfect distance from the hospital. Breakfast was good and plenty. I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing a room while in Jackson.
