Amazing staff, there’s not a moment when staff doesn’t ask you if everything’s okay and if you need anything. Fairly new building 5 years old as of 2025. Ms. Latina saw we had a 1 year old and got us a high chair. We didn’t know they had one. Just small touches like that made it a great experience. Great experience!
We loved this place. We felt safe and since Jackson has the highest crime rate in the state safety is very important. The bed was so comfortable. Their breakfast was one of the best I've ever had when eating at a hotel. You will not be disappointed staying here. I would definitely stay here again.
